We are hiring Senior Tender Executive for NHPC Location.
Position - Senior Tender Executive
Experience - 4 to 8 yrs
Salary - 35k to 55k
Location - NHPC
Job Description:
- Gems portal experience mandatory.
*Search tenders
* Prepare project sales or Waste water management or Tank, Green Hydrogen from start to finish
* Collaborate on e-tendering processes through Gem Portal
- * Manage bidding process from submission to award
- Manage product pairing and catalog listing on the GeM portal.Coordinate with OEMs for Manufacturer Authorization Forms (MAF), technical datasheets, pricing support, and other required documentation.
- Prepare technical and commercial bids, compliance sheets, and all other necessary tender documentation.
- Monitor corrigendums, clarifications, and respond appropriately.
- Manage post-order processes including order fulfillment, invoice submission, and contract handling on the GeM portal.
