Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage branch sales activities to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Handle, motivate, and guide the sales team to improve performance.
- Generate new business through customer acquisition, field sales, and market development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the branch's customer base.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular business reports.
- Ensure proper customer follow-up and timely completion of documentation.
- Monitor team productivity and support team members in achieving targets.
- Eligibility Criteria
- Age: 24–30 years.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in financial services, NBFC, banking, or loan products.
- Education: Graduate in any discipline
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage a sales team.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the local market in Fatehpur will be preferred.
- Willingness to travel locally for business development, if required.
