Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and acquire new customers within the assigned territory.
* Manage territory sales, customer accounts, and market development.
* Onboard new customers and drive product trials and conversions.
* Achieve monthly sales targets and increase market share.
* Ensure timely payment collection and manage outstanding receivables.
* Build strong customer relationships and ensure long-term business growth.
Must-Have Requirements – Territory Sales Manager
* Valid two-wheeler driving licence.
* Own two-wheeler for daily field visits.
* Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
* Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
* Ability to acquire new customers and develop business.
* Comfortable with sales targets, follow-ups, and payment collection.
* Willingness to conduct regular customer visits and product trials.
* Ability to maintain customer records and submit daily sales reports.
* Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented.
