Job Description
* Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
* Record purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries.
* Verify and maintain vendor bills, invoices, and payment records.
* Maintain project-wise and site-wise expense records.
* Handle accounting entries related to material purchases, labour contractors, and other vendors.
* Prepare and maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
* Perform bank reconciliation and vendor reconciliation.
* Maintain cash and bank transaction records.
* Assist in GST and TDS-related accounting and documentation.
* Prepare outstanding reports, payment statements, and monthly MIS reports.
* Coordinate with vendors regarding bills, outstanding payments, and account reconciliation.
* Coordinate with the CA/auditor for required accounting documents and data.
* Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial documents.
* Support management with regular accounting and financial reports.
