Job Description

  • Account Manager – Job DescriptionManage and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide timely solutions.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints and service-related issues.
  • Follow up with clients for new requirements and repeat orders.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery.
  • Track orders from confirmation to completion.
  • Ensure customer commitments are fulfilled on time.
  • Develop new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with key clients.
  • Coordinate with the Accounts/Finance team for invoicing and payment collection.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and receivables.
  • Maintain customer data, sales records and account documentation.
  • Prepare regular sales and account-status reports.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain strong long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Maintain CRM/ERP records and update customer interactions.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations and business discussions.
  • Ensure timely renewal of contracts, AMC or agreements wherever applicable.
  • Support management in achieving overall sales and business objectives.
