Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department, champion company culture, and manage the full employee lifecycle. This role oversees recruitment, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and performance management to support our overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end talent acquisition strategies and lead employee onboarding programs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management and staff to resolve employee relations issues and workplace conflicts.
- Oversee performance management processes, including annual reviews, goal alignment, and PIP execution.
- Maintain complete compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and update company policies as needed.
- Manage employee benefits programs, leave policies, and coordinate payroll operations with management.
- Design and implement learning and development initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
