Insurance Sales Executive

## Key Responsibilities

* Generate new leads and identify potential customers through field visits, references, networking and other sources.

* Meet customers personally to understand their insurance requirements.

* Explain insurance policies, benefits, features, coverage and terms clearly to customers.

* Recommend suitable insurance products based on customer requirements.

* Convert leads into successful policy sales.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

* Collect required customer documents and coordinate for policy processing.

* Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions and sales activities.

* Coordinate with the internal team for policy issuance and customer support.

* Participate in promotional activities, meetings and sales campaigns.

* Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term customer relationships.

* Submit regular sales reports to the reporting manager.
