Plant / Factory Manager

Job Description :

Job Title : Manager - Plant and Logistics.

Star energy systems is seeking a highly organized and dynamic " Manager - Plant and Logistics " to oversee day to day operations at our Gandhinagar, Gujarat facility. In ths role, You will lead plant personnel, manage product inventory and streamline dispatch and logistics operations to ensure maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Logistics & Dispatch : Oversee the end-to-end dispatch process, coordinate with transport partners, and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Inventory Management : Maintain flawless computer records of all product inventories, tracking inbound and outbound and outbound stocks.
• Plant & Employee Management : Supervise and manage general plant workers, foster a productive work environment and ensure safety compliance.
• Data Management : Supervise and manage general plant workers, foster a productive work environment and ensure safety compliance.
• Data Management : Utilize Ms Excel daily to generate reports, track key perfomance indicators and manage data sheets.

Qualifications & Requirements :

• Education : B.E / B.Tech, Diploma or ITI graduates are preferred.
• Experience : Freshers with good working skills and experienced also welcomed.
• language Proficiency : Must be fluent in Gujarati and Hindi to effectively communicate with local staff and external vendors.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in MS Excel and general computer record keeping.
