Relationship Manager_Agri-Fin-Dealer Funding(DF) _0412_3009_1094137_HRR
- Acquire new Agri and Rural Banking customers within the assigned geography.
- Source and manage Agri Term Loans, Tractor Loans, Farm Equipment Finance, Crop Loans, Kisan Credit Cards (KCC), and Working Capital facilities.
- Build strong relationships with farmers, agri-input dealers, traders, commission agents, dairy units, and agri-based businesses.
- Conduct field visits and market mapping to identify business opportunities.
- Drive cross-selling of CASA, Insurance, Fixed Deposits, and other banking products.
- Ensure timely customer onboarding, documentation, and KYC compliance.
- Monitor portfolio quality and support collection and delinquency management efforts.
- Work closely with channel partners, dealers, DSAs, and local influencers to generate business.
- Achieve monthly business targets and contribute to portfolio profitability.
- Stay updated on local agricultural trends, crop cycles, and market conditions.
