Shilp Inspiring Institute, Gandhinagar is looking for a creative, responsible and experienced Full-Time Social Media Manager with a strong command of Gujarati content.

📍 Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat

💼 Position: Social Media Manager – Full Time, Office Based

👩 Preferred: Female Candidate

🎯 Age: 22–35 Years

📚 Experience: Minimum 2–3 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube & other social media platforms

• Plan and execute monthly Social Media Content Calendar

• Create strong, engaging and meaningful Gujarati content

• Write captions, reels scripts, hooks, carousel & campaign content

• Coordinate with Graphic Designer & Video Editor

• Plan Reels, Stories, Posts and promotional campaigns

• Understand current trends and convert them into relevant brand content

• Manage posting, scheduling and community engagement

• Track social media performance, reach, engagement and growth

• Support workshop, event and program promotions

• Maintain consistent brand communication across platforms

Who We Are Looking For

✅ Excellent command of Gujarati – writing, reading & communication

✅ Good understanding of Gujarati audience & culture

✅ 2–3+ years of hands-on Social Media experience

✅ Strong content writing & communication skills

✅ Creative and trend-aware mindset

✅ Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube

✅ Knowledge of Canva / basic design tools will be an advantage

✅ Responsible, committed and disciplined

✅ Able to take ownership and work with deadlines

✅ Preferably from Gandhinagar / Ahmedabad
