Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join Thyrocare Lab. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, promoting diagnostic packages, assisting customers with test bookings, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to promote Thyrocare health check-up packages and diagnostic services.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding tests, pricing, reports, and appointments.
• Schedule and confirm home sample collection appointments.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers for bookings and feedback.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM/system.
• Coordinate with collection centers, phlebotomists, and internal teams to ensure timely service.
• Address customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and booking targets.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through polite and effective communication.
