We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Sales Manager to drive business growth in SME Loans and Machinery Finance. The ideal candidate should have experience in financial product sales, dealer network management, business development, and customer relationship management.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Distribution Network Development: Establish and expand the dealer network for SME Loans and Machinery Finance.
• Dealer Management: Conduct market surveys to identify potential dealers, manufacturers, and business partners.
• Business Development: Build strong relationships with dealers and network partners to generate new business opportunities.
• Sales Target Achievement: Achieve sales targets through dealer networks, manufacturers, OEMs, Chartered Accountants, and market sourcing.
• Financial Solutions: Recommend suitable financing schemes based on customers' business and financial requirements.
• Dealer Financing: Identify and develop new opportunities in dealer and equipment financing.
• Market Expansion: Identify new manufacturers, dealers, and business opportunities to expand the business.
• Customer Relationship Management: Manage existing customer portfolios and ensure prompt, quality service.
• Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional financial products and services.
• Collections & Delinquency Management: Monitor collections and support timely repayment and delinquency control.

👤 Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2–7 years of experience in sales, business development, or financial services.
• Experience in selling financial products is preferred.
• Exposure to asset-based lending, business loans, working capital, or equipment finance will be an advantage.
• Strong experience in dealer management and channel sales is highly desirable.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Must have a personal mode of transportation and be comfortable with extensive travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong business development skills and a target-oriented mindset.
