Job DescriptionWe are looking for energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executives for our Real Estate Sales Team.
The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, understanding property requirements, presenting suitable real estate projects, conducting follow-ups, arranging site visits, and converting potential leads into successful sales.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle fresh leads and customer enquiries.
- Connect with potential buyers and real estate investors through calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand clients' property requirements, budget, and investment goals.
- Explain residential and commercial real estate projects to clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients.
- Build strong relationships with customers and investors.
- Negotiate and assist clients throughout the booking process.
- Maintain lead and follow-up records in CRM.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Candidate RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
- Strong interest in Sales & Real Estate.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp and CRM preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Candidates with experience in Real Estate, Banking, Insurance, Loan, Tele-sales or Direct Sales will be preferred.
