💼 Position-Business Development Manager (BDM)

• 💰 Salary & IncentivesSalary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
• Incentives: Up to ₹40,000
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• 🎓 Qualification & Experience:
• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience – Experienced candidates only
• Experience in Real Estate / Property Sales / Construction / Business Development will be preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills are mandatory.

1. 📌 Job Responsibilities / KRAGenerate new business opportunities and qualified leads.
2. Identify and develop relationships with potential clients.
3. Handle client meetings, property presentations and site visits.
4. Convert leads into successful sales and achieve monthly targets.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
6. Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, meetings and other channels.
7. Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead generation and conversion.
8. Maintain regular reports of leads, follow-ups, site visits and sales.
9. Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
10. Support the company in achieving revenue and business-growth objectives.
