Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate product/service details.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, leads, and call records regularly on CRM / MS Excel.
  • Follow up with potential leads via calls, WhatsApp, or emails to improve conversion.
  • Resolve customer complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare daily and weekly activity reports for upper management.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English is a plus).
  • knowledge of MS Excel, or Google Sheets.
  • Candidate should have problem-solving ability and a customer-friendly attitude.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
