Experience: 2–4 Years (Mandatory)

Industry Preference: Digital Marketing Agency / Advertising / IT

• Job Responsibilities:Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns.
• Generate quality leads and improve campaign ROI.
• Optimize ad performance through A/B testing, audience targeting, and budget management.
• Create and manage Google Ads campaigns (preferred).
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Coordinate with the graphic design and content team for ad creatives.
• Manage social media marketing activities and content planning.
• Track website traffic using Google Analytics and Meta Pixel.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and Meta advertising policies.
• Requirements:Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Mandatory).
• Strong understanding of Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager, Pixel, and Conversion API.
• Experience in lead generation, conversion campaigns, and retargeting.
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns with minimum supervision.

Preferred Candidate:

• Proven track record of generating leads through Meta Ads.
• Experience working with service-based businesses (agency experience preferred).
• Ability to independently plan, execute, optimize, and scale ad campaigns for maximum ROI.
