We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Team Leader to join our team.

Location: Noida Extension, Gaur City, Uttar Pradesh

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary : 15000 to 30000

We are looking for a creative, performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive who can manage and execute digital marketing campaigns for our real-estate projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with social media, Meta Ads, lead generation, content planning, and digital campaign optimization.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute digital marketing campaigns for real-estate projects.
• Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads for lead generation.
• Create and manage campaigns, ad sets, audiences, budgets, and creatives.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads to improve lead quality and conversions.
• Generate and manage leads through digital platforms.
• Coordinate with the sales and CRM teams for proper lead distribution and follow-up.
• Manage company social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop monthly content calendars for reels, posts, stories, and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators for marketing creatives.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research.
• Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Stay updated with current digital marketing trends, Meta advertising updates, and real-estate marketing strategies.
• Assist in website, landing-page, WhatsApp, and other digital lead-generation activities.
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
• Understanding of Facebook & Instagram marketing.
• Knowledge of lead-generation campaigns.
• Basic understanding of Google Ads and Google Analytics is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of social media management.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging marketing ideas.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is preferred.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and make optimization decisions.
• Good understanding of the real-estate market is an advantage.

Manage Meta Ads & Google Ads

Monitor campaign performance and optimize results

Handle SEO – On-Page, Off-Page & Technical SEO

Manage social media campaigns and content

Track leads, conversions and overall campaign performance

Conduct competitor and keyword research

Prepare regular performance reports

Achieve team and business targets

Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant Digital Marketing experience, preferably with team-handling experience and practical knowledge of paid advertising, SEO, lead generation and social media marketing.
