Are you passionate about digital marketing, website development and social media growth? Do you have the skills to build a strong online presence for doctors and healthcare organisations?

Galaxy Cancer Care Clinic and Daycare Center is looking for a creative, proactive and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage our digital presence, develop professional doctor websites and execute healthcare-focused digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Doctor Website Development & Management

• Create professional, mobile-friendly websites for doctors and healthcare services.
• Develop doctor profile pages highlighting qualifications, specialities, experience, consultation details and clinic information.
• Work with WordPress, Elementor or other website-building platforms.
• Implement basic SEO, website analytics, contact forms, click-to-call and appointment enquiry features.
• Maintain website content, speed, security and functionality.

2. Social Media Marketing

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant social media platforms.
• Create engaging posts, carousels, reels, educational videos and healthcare awareness content.
• Develop monthly content calendars for doctors and the clinic.
• Coordinate with doctors to create accurate, informative and patient-friendly content.
• Maintain consistent branding across all digital platforms.

3. SEO & Local Digital Marketing

• Optimise Google Business Profiles and local search visibility.
• Conduct keyword research for doctor profiles, medical services and clinic locations.
• Improve website rankings through on-page SEO, local SEO and quality content.
• Monitor website traffic, search performance and local visibility.

4. Digital Campaigns & Analytics

• Understand Google Ads, Meta Ads and digital campaign reporting, subject to applicable healthcare advertising regulations.
• Track website enquiries, phone calls, appointment requests and campaign performance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable recommendations.
• Use Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager where appropriate.

5. Creative Design & Content Production

• Design professional healthcare creatives using Canva, Adobe Photoshop or similar tools.
• Edit short-form videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar software.
• Use AI tools responsibly for content ideation, design assistance and workflow efficiency.
• Maintain medical accuracy, patient privacy and consistent brand identity.
• Required SkillsPractical experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Website creation using WordPress, Elementor or equivalent platforms.
• Working knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Business Profile.
• Strong Canva or graphic design skills.
• Basic video editing and short-form content creation.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Search Console and digital reporting.
• Good English and Hindi communication skills.
• Ability to plan independently, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Preferred QualificationsGraduate in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Mass Communication, IT or a related field.
• Prior experience in healthcare, clinics, hospitals, doctors' personal branding or medical content marketing will be an advantage.
• A portfolio demonstrating websites, social media pages, SEO projects or previous campaigns is highly desirable.
