Job Description
- Manage marketplace accounts such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Myntra, along with the company website.
- Create and update product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, size charts, and product variations.
- Maintain accurate SKU details, stock availability, and pricing across sales channels.
- Monitor orders and coordinate with warehouse and courier teams for accurate packing and timely dispatch.
- Track deliveries, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and return-to-origin (RTO) orders.
- Resolve listing errors, suppressed products, and account issues through marketplace support.
- Monitor seller account health and operational performance.
- Coordinate with customer support to resolve order and product queries.
- Check marketplace settlements, deductions, fees, and claims with the accounts team.
- Support promotional campaigns, discounts, and sale-event preparation.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports covering sales, inventory, pending orders, and returns.
