About the Role : Lumuk is looking for a responsible, organised, and proactive Operations Intern to manage day-to-day operations and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Calling COD customers every morning for order confirmation and WhatsApp follow-ups.
• Calling customers regarding pre-orders, delays, delivery updates, and other important information.
• Handling customer queries across WhatsApp, Zoko, and Instagram DMs.
• Managing the complete order cycle, from confirmation to packing and dispatch.
• Conducting quality checks (QC) before packing every order.
• Ensuring correct products, damage-free deliveries, and proper packaging.
• Conducting post-delivery feedback calls.
• Supporting WhatsApp marketing and customer engagement.
• Making B2B calls and following up with potential business clients.
• Maintaining order records and ensuring timely follow-ups.

1. Customer First: Every customer must be treated respectfully and provided complete and accurate information. Rude behaviour will not be tolerated.
2. Order Accuracy: No incorrect, swapped, missing, or damaged products. Every customer must receive exactly what they ordered.
3. Mandatory QC: Every product must be checked before packing. Negligence in quality checks will be treated seriously.
4. Ownership: No ignored queries, pending follow-ups, or careless handling of responsibilities. Every task must be completed with accountability.

What We Are Looking For

• Prior experience in operations, customer support, or e-commerce preferred.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Comfortable handling customer calls.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and digital tools.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive team player with a sense of ownership.

Internship Details

• Duration: 3 Months
• Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
• Working Days: 6 Days a Week
• Working Hours: 10 AM – 6 PM
• Weekly Off: Sunday
• Job Type: Full-time Internship
• Work Mode: Work from Office
• Location: Indirapuram, Ghaziabad.
