Security & Facility Management Services
📍 Job Location: Delhi NCR / Gurugram
🚀 Immediate Joiners Preferred
We are looking for an experienced, energetic and result-oriented Field Officer to manage Security Guards, Housekeeping Personnel and Facility Management Staff at our client locations across Delhi NCR and Gurugram.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day security and housekeeping operations at client sites.
- Recruit and deploy Security Guards, Housekeeping and Facility Staff as per client requirements.
- Ensure 100% manpower deployment and timely closure of vacancies.
- Conduct regular site visits, inspections and client meetings.
- Maintain staff attendance, discipline, grooming and service quality.
- Coordinate with HR and Operations teams for recruitment, replacements and documentation.
- Handle client complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and deployed employees.
- Candidate RequirementsPrior experience in Security Services / Housekeeping / Facility Management is required.
- Hands-on experience in hiring Security Guards and Facility Staff is MANDATORY.
- Strong local recruitment network in Delhi NCR / Gurugram.
- Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude and ability to work independently.
- Ability to fulfil urgent manpower requirements within deadlines.
- Willingness to travel regularly to client locations.
Preference: Candidates currently working with Security Agencies, Housekeeping Contractors or Facility Management Companies.
