Field Sales Executive

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, meet potential customers, conduct field visits, and achieve sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for building customer relationships and promoting the company’s solar products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through field visits, references, local market activities, and other sources.
• Visit residential, commercial, and industrial customers to understand their requirements.
• Explain solar products, systems, benefits, pricing, and available schemes to customers.
• Conduct regular and productive customer visits and generate quality leads.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Coordinate with the calling, technical, installation, and operations teams.
• Conduct site visits and collect the required customer/site information.
• Prepare and submit daily visit and sales reports.
• Achieve monthly and daily sales targets assigned by management.
• Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of customer documents.
