Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for a smart, confident, and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves handling customer inquiries, following up with leads, preparing quotations, coordinating with the sales team, and converting inquiries into orders.

• ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Follow up with leads generated from IndiaMART, website, and other sources.
• Prepare and send quotations.
• Coordinate with the sales and design teams.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM/Excel.
• Build strong relationships with customers and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• RequirementsFemale candidates only
• Graduate (preferred)
• 1–4 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, customer support, or business development.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
• Experience with IndiaMART leads or B2B sales will be an added advantage.
