Job Description
We are looking for staff to work in a cloud kitchen. The role primarily involves reheating and packing frozen food along with preparing a few fresh food items.
Responsibilities:
- Reheat frozen food items as per the given SOPs.
- Prepare and pack orders properly for delivery.
- Prepare fresh items such as Paratha, Rice, Omelette, Bun Maska, and other basic menu items.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards.
- Keep the kitchen clean and organised.
- Follow all kitchen SOPs and ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a cloud kitchen, QSR, or restaurant is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Willingness to learn and follow standard operating procedures.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and responsibility towards work.
