Production Manager

MoonAir Home Appliances Pvt. Ltd., a leading air cooler manufacturer based in Ghaziabad, is hiring a Production Manager to lead daily operations at our assembly plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute daily, weekly and monthly production schedules to meet dispatch targets across 50+ SKUs.
• Manage the assembly line end-to-end: manpower allocation, line balancing, shift planning and output tracking.
• Coordinate with job workers and vendors for timely inward of moulded parts and BOP components.
• Monitor raw material and WIP inventory with the stores team to avoid line stoppages and excess stock.
• Drive in-process and final quality checks; reduce rejections, rework and field failures.
• Maintain production records, daily MIS and reporting on the company ERP system.
• Implement 5S, safety standards and preventive maintenance schedules on the shop floor.
• Train, supervise and manage supervisors, operators and contract labour.
• Identify and implement cost, cycle-time and productivity improvements.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Production / Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a manufacturing or assembly plant; consumer appliances, plastics or electricals preferred.
• Hands-on knowledge of assembly line operations, production planning and quality systems.
• Experience handling shop-floor manpower and contract labour.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP / production software.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Ghaziabad.

What we offer:

• Fixed monthly salary of Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 45,000 based on experience.
