Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to drive sales and business growth in the automobile/auto-components industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing customer relationships, promoting products, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new leads through field visits, references, and market research.

Identify and approach potential customers in the automobile and auto-components market.

Promote and explain products to customers based on their requirements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

Conduct regular customer visits and follow up on leads.

Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers for orders and deliveries.

Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Maintain customer records and submit regular sales reports.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.

Requirements:

Graduate qualification required.

Intermediate English communication skills.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.

Experience in the Automobile/Auto-Components industry is preferred.

Must have a two-wheeler vehicle for field visits.

Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

Willingness to travel for sales and customer meetings.

Shift: Day, Full Time

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Fixed: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000

Incentive: Up to ₹5,000
