Sales & Marketing Executive

Job OverviewWe are looking for a high-energy, self-motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team in the Delhi NCR region. If you love meeting new people, thrive on the hustle of the field, and view "no" as just the start of a negotiation, this role is for you.

You will be the face of our brand on the ground, driving new client acquisition, managing B2B/B2C relationships, and expanding our market footprint across the capital and its neighboring hubs.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Conversion: Conduct product/service demonstrations, negotiate pricing, and close deals to meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and encourage referrals.
• Market Intelligence: Keep a close eye on competitor activities, market trends, and shifting customer needs, reporting insights back to the management team.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily visits, leads generated, and sales status using our CRM tool or daily reporting sheets.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (High school graduates with stellar sales experience will also be considered).
• Geographic Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the geography and commercial hubs of Delhi NCR.
• Language Skills: Fluent in Hindi and professional proficiency in English.
• Mobility: Must possess a valid two-wheeler and a current driver’s license for daily travel.
• Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Resilience and a positive attitude toward handling rejection are non-negotiable.
