Job Description

A Field Sales Representative is responsible for generating sales by directly visiting retailers, distributors, and potential customers in assigned territories. Their role involves regular market visits, building strong relationships with shop owners, showcasing products, and ensuring proper availability and visibility in outlets. They are expected to achieve sales targets, increase market coverage, and convert new retailers while maintaining existing accounts. Field sales representatives also collect market intelligence such as competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer feedback, and report it to management. Consistency in route visits, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build trust on the ground are key to succeeding in this role.
