Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the sales team.
  • Assign daily targets and monitor team performance.
  • Track calls, leads, conversions, and revenue.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance.
  • Motivate team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Handle escalations and resolve team/client issues.
  • Prepare daily and monthly performance reports.
  • Ensure achievement of individual and team targets.
