Job Description
Projects: Industrial Buildings, Factories, Commercial & Residential Buildings
Key Skills / Knowledge Required:
- Strong knowledge of RCC, foundations, masonry, and finishing works
- BOQ preparation, estimation, billing, and rate analysis
- MEP coordination and interpretation of technical drawings
- Contractor and vendor management
- Procurement and material coordination
- Site supervision and project coordination
Role & Responsibilities:
The candidate should be capable of independently supervising and coordinating the complete project, including site execution, contractors, vendors, materials, and day-to-day activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and quality execution of the project and will report directly to the Owner.
