Social Media ,E-Commerce & Operations Executive

We are looking for an experienced, dedicated, self-motivated, ethical, and result-oriented E-Commerce & Operations Executive who can independently manage end-to-end e-commerce, quick-commerce, digital, and day-to-day operational activities of the company.

• Key ResponsibilitiesE-Commerce & Quick Commerce Management: End-to-end handling of Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, Blinkit and other E-Commerce/Quick-Commerce platforms, including account setup, catalogue management, product listings, inventory, order management, pricing, offers, promotions and platform coordination.
• SEO, Sales & Marketplace Growth: Keyword research, listing optimization, competitor and market research, pricing analysis, sales strategy, advertising/marketing coordination and performance improvement.
• Daily Operations: Handle order processing, packaging, labelling, shipments, dispatches, returns and courier/logistics partner coordination.
• Sales & Marketing: Support and execute online/offline sales activities, promotional campaigns and business development initiatives.
• Data & Accounts Support: Maintain MIS, sales/order/inventory data, reports, records and basic accounts-related documentation. Strong working knowledge of Excel is required.
• Shopify & Website: Manage Shopify backend, product listings, pricing, inventory, offers, basic website updates and SEO.
• Digital & Social Media: Manage social media accounts, Google Business Profile (GMB) and basic digital marketing activities. Ability to create/edit social media posts, creatives, reels and basic promotional videos will be preferred.
• Events & Field Activities: Actively participate in exhibitions, promotional events, stalls and other sales & marketing activities whenever required.
• Multi-Functional Role: Must be flexible and willing to take up additional responsibilities according to company requirements and business priorities from time to time.

Ideal CandidateThe candidate should have hands-on experience with major e-commerce marketplaces, strong computer and Excel skills, good communication and coordination abilities, and a practical understanding of sales, marketing, logistics and operations.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, disciplined, trustworthy, quick to learn, solution-oriented and capable of taking ownership of responsibilities and delivering measurable results.
