Job Description
Key skills for a Store Manager at Azaya Organics:
- Customer handling: Understand customer needs, explain products and resolve complaints professionally.
- Sales and upselling: Achieve sales targets and recommend relevant products, samples and combos.
- After-sales service: Follow up with customers, gather feedback and encourage repeat purchases.
