Position: Business Loan Team Leader
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the Business Loan sales team
• Generate and convert business loan leads
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Manage customer relationships and file processing
• Train and motivate team members
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in Business Loan / LAP / Banking sales
• Good communication & team-handling skills
• Strong knowledge of the loan process
