Job Description – Team MemberPosition: Team Member
Industry: Restaurant / Bakery Café
Department: Operations
- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer service and order taking.
- Manage billing and cash counter when required.
- Assist in kitchen preparation and food handling.
- Prepare and serve beverages as per SOP.
- Handle packing and online orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet.
- Assist in stock arrangement and inventory.
- Ensure proper presentation of food, beverages, and outlet area.
- Support the team during rush hours and peak operations.
- Follow all company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and discipline policies.
- Perform other operational duties assigned by the Outlet Manager.
- Required SkillsGood communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations.
- Willingness to learn kitchen, billing, beverages, service, and packing.
- Teamwork and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in shifts and during busy hours.
Experience0–2 years of experience in a restaurant, bakery, café, QSR, or food-service industry preferred.
