Job Description – Technical SupervisorPosition: Technical Supervisor

Department: Facility Management

Location: High-Rise Residential Society

Experience: 2+ years in Technical Facility Management / Residential Society

• Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage day-to-day technical operations of the residential society.
• Manage and deploy technical manpower including technicians, electricians, plumbers, masons, and other maintenance staff.
• Monitor the operation and maintenance of HT/LT panels, DG sets, transformers, STP/WTP, pumps, fire-fighting systems, lifts, and other MEP equipment.
• Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance is carried out properly and on time.
• Attend and resolve technical complaints and coordinate with the concerned teams.
• Monitor staff attendance, shift deployment, work quality, and discipline.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for technical maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain technical records, checklists, logbooks, and maintenance reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with the Facility Manager and site management for smooth technical operations.
• Required SkillsStrong technical knowledge of building maintenance and MEP systems.
• Good manpower handling and team supervision skills.
• Ability to handle breakdowns and technical issues independently.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in high-rise residential societies will be preferred.

Qualification: Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant technical field.
