Telesales Executive

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Telesales Executive / Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities, connect with potential clients, explain our digital marketing and communication solutions, and convert leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate business enquiries.
2. Identify potential customers through calling, online research, databases and other sources.
3. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
4. Promote company services including Bulk SMS, WhatsApp Business API, RCS Messaging, Voice Calls, Digital Marketing, Lead Generation
5. Follow up with leads regularly through calls and WhatsApp.
6. Schedule meetings and product/service demonstrations with prospective clients.
7. Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups and sales activities.
8. Prepare quotations and coordinate with the sales team for closures.
9. Provide regular updates on lead status and sales pipeline to the reporting manager.

Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation ability.
• Confident and professional telephone communication.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into customers.
• Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing or B2B services will be an advantage.
