About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telesales Executive / Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to connect with students/candidates over calls and guide them regarding admission opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle outbound calls related to admission counselling.

- Provide complete and accurate information regarding available courses and admission processes.

- Maintain regular follow-ups through calls and messages.

- Achieve assigned daily/monthly targets.

- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

- Build a positive relationship 

- Work as a team to achieve overall admission and sales targets.

Requirements

- Good verbal communication and convincing skills.

- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

- Previous experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Counselling, or Sales will be an advantage.
