Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer

Baba Mastnath Ayurved is looking for a creative and hands-on Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer to join our in-house brand team.

You will work closely with the Social Media & Brand Manager and creative team to produce engaging video content for Instagram, YouTube, advertisements, product campaigns and other digital platforms.

• Key ResponsibilitiesEdit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and social media videos
• Create engaging product videos, UGC-style content and ad creatives
• Edit doctor/expert videos, testimonials, interviews and educational content
• Add subtitles, hooks, transitions, sound effects and engaging visual elements
• Create motion graphics, text animations and basic VFX
• Convert raw shoot footage into high-quality, platform-ready content
• Create multiple variations of creatives for performance marketing campaigns
• Work closely with the Brand Manager on scripts, references and creative direction
• Maintain consistency in brand style across all video content
• Manage multiple projects and deliver content within deadlines
• Use AI tools where useful to improve editing speed and creative output
• Required SkillsStrong command of Adobe Premiere Pro
• Good working knowledge of Adobe After Effects
• Understanding of short-form content, Reels and current social media trends
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, music and visual presentation
• Experience with D2C, wellness, beauty, FMCG or consumer brands will be preferred
• Ability to understand a creative brief and execute it independently
• Basic knowledge of colour correction, sound editing and motion graphics
• Familiarity with AI-based video/editing tools will be an advantage
