Job Description

Readycoder Ventures Private Limited is urgently hiring a creative and skilled Videographer & Video Editor to work closely with a MLA in Ghaziabad.

The candidate will be responsible for capturing photographs and videos during public events, meetings, constituency visits and other engagements, editing the footage, and preparing content for social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Accompany the MLA during public meetings, events, constituency visits and official engagements.
• Capture high-quality photographs and videos.
• Shoot interviews, event coverage, reels and short-form videos.
• Edit videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other social media platforms.
• Add captions, subtitles, transitions, music and graphics to videos.
• Edit photographs for social media publication.
• Prepare and deliver content within tight deadlines, including same-day editing when required.
• Coordinate with the social media team to ensure timely content publication.
• Organise and maintain video footage and photographs.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of photography and videography.
• Proficiency in video-editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar software.
• Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and Facebook video formats.
• Knowledge of camera handling, framing, lighting and audio recording.
• Creativity and an eye for visual storytelling.
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to changing schedules.
• Willingness to travel locally within Ghaziabad as required.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in videography, video editing or content creation.
• Candidates with experience in political events, journalism, public events or social media content creation will be preferred.
• A portfolio or showreel of previous work is preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly salary: ₹14,000–18,000, depending on skills and experience.
• Full-time, on-ground role.
