Job Description

  • Handle sales activities at the branch and generate new business opportunities.
  • Meet customers and understand their financial requirements.
  • Explain and recommend suitable financial plans and investment products to clients.
  • Convert leads into customers and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, documentation and product requirements.
  • Coordinate with the branch team for smooth processing of applications and customer servicing.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales and customer interactions.
  • Participate in branch-level promotional and customer engagement activities.
