Job Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests with a warm and professional attitude.

- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures.

- Manage phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and guest requests.

- Maintain guest records, bookings, and front-desk documentation.

- Provide information about hotel/resort facilities, services, and local attractions.

- Handle guest queries and complaints professionally.

- Coordinate with housekeeping, sales, and other departments for smooth guest service.

- Ensure a professional and welcoming atmosphere at the reception desk.

Candidate Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good command of English and Hindi.

- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Good customer-handling skills.

- Confident, polite, and presentable.

- Freshers and candidates with hotel/resort experience can apply.
