• Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers.
• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns effectively.
• Generate sales through walk-in customers, follow-ups, and relationship building.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Follow up with customers to convert enquiries into sales.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
• Keep the sales counter/store area organized and presentable.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and market trends.
• RequirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented approach with a positive and confident personality.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work toward and achieve sales targets.
• Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
• Previous experience in retail, counter sales, showroom sales, or B2C sales will be preferred.
• Freshers with a strong interest in sales and customer service may also apply.
