Job Description
Greet and assist customers in the store.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Handle product demonstrations and explain features, prices, and offers.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain proper product display and store cleanliness.
Handle billing and basic cash/POS transactions.
Manage customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain stock and inform the manager about low-stock items.
Follow up with customers when required.
Requirements:
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Presentable and confident personality.
Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems.
Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
