Job Description
Job Responsibilities :
- 1. Partner identification and mentoring
- 2. Install CPE devices
- 3. Drive quality installations
- 4. Address partner queries
- 5. Visit partners for checks
- 6. Conduct group meetings
- 7. Interact with customers
- 8. Troubleshoot device queries
- 9. Record job in CRM portal
- 10. Upgrade device software
- 11. Repair handsets, PCB swap
- 12. Train / support service points
- 13. Adhoc responsibilities as needed
- Education Requirement :
- 10+2/ITI/Diploma/Certification in Device Care
- Experience Requirement :
- 2 - Maximum 4 Years
