Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the chef/cook with daily kitchen operations.
  • Help with cutting, chopping, cleaning and basic food preparation.
  • Wash and maintain kitchen utensils and equipment.
  • Keep the kitchen and storage areas clean and hygienic.
  • Assist in receiving and arranging kitchen supplies.
  • Maintain proper food hygiene and safety standards.
  • Support the chef and other kitchen staff during busy hours.
  • Follow instructions and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift.

Requirements:

  • Previous hotel, hostel, restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred.
  • Freshers can also apply.
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food handling.
  • Should be hardworking, punctual and willing to learn.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
