Role Summaryहम ऐसे Business Development Manager (BDM) की तलाश में हैं जो अपने क्षेत्र में block-wise network बनाकर मजबूत Team Leaders की पहचान और भर्ती कर सके। BDM, Team Leaders के माध्यम से अलग-अलग blocks में channel partners और business network बढ़ाएगा।
- Key Responsibilitiesअपने क्षेत्र के अलग-अलग blocks में मजबूत network वाले Team Leaders की पहचान और भर्ती करना।
- Team Leaders को block-wise areas और onboarding goals देना।
- Team Leaders के जरिए channel partners, dealers और franchise associates का network बनाना।
- संभावित partners को कंपनी और उसके solar business model की जानकारी देना।
- Team Leaders की performance, partner onboarding और business progress को track करना।
- Field visits करके Team Leaders और channel partners से नियमित संपर्क बनाए रखना।
- हर सप्ताह recruitment, block coverage और network growth की report management को देना।
- तय monthly targets पूरे करने के लिए action plan बनाना और लागू करना।
- Candidate RequirementsBusiness development, field sales, channel sales या team handling का अनुभव।
- स्थानीय बाजार और क्षेत्र के blocks की अच्छी समझ।
- लोगों को जोड़ने, बातचीत करने और negotiation की अच्छी क्षमता।
- Field travel के लिए तैयार।
- Basic smartphone और reporting skills।
