Job DescriptionWe are looking for motivated and target-oriented Sales Executives to join Bajaj Capital in Gorakhpur. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new customers, explaining financial products and services, and achieving assigned sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and acquire new customers.
• Explain Bajaj Capital's financial products and services to prospective customers.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• EligibilityMinimum qualification: 12th Pass & Above
• Age: 19–31 Years
• Both Male & Female candidates can apply.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Candidate must have a Two-Wheeler and a valid Driving Licence (DL) or Learning Licence (LL).
• Candidates must reside within 10 KM of the job location.
