Job Description
We're looking for a friendly, presentable, and confident sales executive to handle our counter. You'll be the face of Varoz: greeting customers, helping them find the right pieces, and making sure they have a great shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet walk-in customers warmly and understand what they're looking for, such as the occasion, outfit, and budget.
• Show and suggest jewellery that suits the customer, including matching sets, earrings, bangles, and accessories.
• Help customers try on pieces and give honest styling advice.
• Explain product details like material, finish, care instructions, and exchange policy.
• Complete billing accurately and handle cash, UPI, and card payments.
• Pack purchases neatly and attractively.
• Keep the counter and display trays clean, organised, and well arranged.
• Track stock on display, report low or missing items, and help with receiving new stock.
• Record customer details for follow-ups, offers, and WhatsApp updates.
• Handle exchange or return requests politely, as per store policy.
• Support the team during festive and wedding-season rush.
