Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Manager to drive sales, expand market presence, and build strong client relationships in the Gorakhpur region. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and contributing to the company’s growth.

A BDM plays a key role in identifying new opportunities, managing clients, and increasing revenue for the organization.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and develop new business opportunities in assigned territory
• Conduct field visits and client meetings (residential & commercial projects)
• Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
• Give product presentations and explain solar solutions to clients
• Coordinate with internal teams for project execution
• Prepare daily, weekly & monthly sales reports
• Negotiate and close deals with clients
• Identify market trends and competitor activities
• RequirementsGraduate / MBA (Preferred)
• Experience: 1–3 years in Sales / Business Development
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Field sales experience (must)
• Two-wheeler mandatory
• Local market knowledge of Gorakhpur preferred
