• Drive B2B and B2C sales for solar and fabrication solutions.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned targets.
• Allocate sales targets and set clear goals for team members.
• Generate new business opportunities through customer visits and market activities.
• Meet corporate clients, business owners, and SMB customers to understand their requirements.
• Explain suitable solar solutions and provide product/service information.
• Conduct client briefings and handle customer queries professionally.
• Monitor team performance and support members in achieving their sales goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Coordinate with the team for smooth execution of solar installation-related requirements.
• Track sales performance and provide regular updates to management.
• Implement sales strategies to improve business growth and achieve targets.

• Experienced Sales & Marketing Manager with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of B2B, B2C, corporate, and SMB sales.
• Good leadership and sales team management skills.
• Strong communication, convincing, and customer-handling abilities.
• Knowledge of solar panels and installation will be important.
• Target-oriented and comfortable managing a sales team.
• 💰 SALARY & INCENTIVES:
• 💵 Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000/month
• 📈 Salary based on skill and experience
• 🎁 Incentives: ₹20,000+ based on performance
